A Fulfilling Year: Thank You, Wolves!
Before I moved to UWG last August, and while I was still at the University System Office, I had been working with UWG on academic programs, athletics, and other matters. So, I already had a sense of who Wolves are. But I truly connected with you after I turned into a Wolf myself to lead the Pack. What an incredibly fulfilling year it has been!

We deliver great value because of the student experience that we offer. We complement excellent classroom education with learning opportunities in laboratories, collaborative spaces in our recently renovated Humanities building, business discussions at the Richards College of Business, and so many other student engagements.

Dr. Monga's Arrival Message to Student, Faculty, and Staff
Today marks the beginning of my journey as interim president of the University of West Georgia, and I am thrilled to join this vibrant community. UWG has a strong history of leaders stretching back 118 years – including, most recently, Dr. Brendan Kelly – contributing to the dynamic institution we know today. Now, it is my turn to continue this momentum.
