What is Curriculog?

Curriculog is the University of West Georgia's web-based system for all curriculum changes. This site is designed for UWG’s faculty, staff, and administrators who are involved in adding, modifying, and terminating/deactivating curriculum proposals (courses, minors, certificates, and degree/major programs).

Users are able to log in to Curriculog with their UWG credentials through single sign on.

If you need access to Curriculog, please email curriculog@westga.edu and indicate what your role type and department/school should be in the system.

Faculty Training and Support

Please refer to the guides below for training. The Curriculog team has created documents along with video tutorials to guide you through the process. If you require additional training or support, then please email curriculog@westga.edu.

Suggested Timeline for Submitting Proposals

Curriculog and UWG's catalog management system, Acalog, are directly linked for updates to curriculum in the catalogs. Curriculog must close down at the end of the academic year in order for a new working catalog to be created and then synced back to Curriculog. No new proposals can be submitted after April 10 in order for this process to take place. Curriculog will reopen no later than August 1 for new proposals to be submitted.

Please Note: New programs and program changes can only be effective in a Fall term and should be submitted at least 9-12 months in advance.
