Fall 22 - Spring 23 Housing is OPEN!
Returning & New Students Residence Halls
Looking for something a little extra in your living experience? Living-Learning Communities are specialized living environments for small groups of first-time, first-year students centered on specific themes and integrating common academic courses, custom programming, and mentoring.
First Year Residency Requirements
All first-year students at UWG are required to live on campus unless they are eligible for exemption via the residency waiver. The First-Year Residency Requirement is fulfilled by living on campus in the residence halls listed within this booklet. Read more about the residency requirements and eligibility for exemption.
Fall 2022 Housing
Contracts are now open! Check your UWG email for all the details.
All units within UWG housing provide individual Ethernet lines, wireless connections and cable TV. Each residential unit has access to a refrigerator and microwave. Laundry facilities are available in all buildings, and are free to use for all on-campus residents. Each student room assignment is supplied with one twin XL bed, desk, dresser and wardrobe or closet.
The residential experience for any student while enrolled at UWG is an instrumental part of their academic experience. We implement a curriculum approach that is an outcome-based learning model that offers support for student resident success and creates a community of engaged citizens and learners as our educational priority. Our model is based on four educational pillars: Civility & Citizenship, Health & Wellness, Academic Preparedness, and Positive Social Experience.
