It’s time for UWG and its students to Level Up.
UWG has developed a thriving on-campus Esports community and has made its mark in the competitive collegiate scene. In addition to building its teams, UWG has constructed practice and recreational gaming areas on campus, including arena-style competition venues like the GHSA Esports Championships. The UWG Wolves Esports Varsity teams have been participating in NACE and PBC conferences since Spring 2022 - and have won two NACE Varsity Plus Division Championships.

Varsity Teams
The University of West Georgia Esports program is under development and we are currently looking to build our first set of varsity teams. UWG Esports is looking to field teams in League of Legends, Rocket League, and Smite. The UWG Esports program is currently accepting applications for the 2021-2022 academic year.
