Session I Classes meet May 14 through May 28

Session I

Date	Event
May 9	Waitlisting closed to new additions. Students on the waitlist will still receive notifications as seats become available and be able to register for those seats.
May 14	Session I classes begin; Drop/Add ends at 11:59 pm
May 15	Withdrawal "W" period begins for Session I (non-eCore) courses. Students who withdraw from a Session I (non-eCore) class between May 15th and May 21st will receive a grade of W. Reminder: there is no refund associated with withdrawing from a course.
TBD	Summer Fee Payment Deadline; Please see the Office of Student Accounts & Billing Services website for additional information.
May 19-20	FACULTY ONLY; Roster Verification for Session I courses opens at noon
May 21	Last day to withdraw with a grade of W from Session I (non eCore) courses. Students who withdraw from a Session I (non-eCore) class between May 15th and May 21st will receive a grade of W.
May 26	Memorial Day Holiday (No classes, Offices Closed)
May 29	Last day of Session I classes
May 30	Final Exams
June 1	Last day to file Petition for in-state for Summer 2025
July 28	Grades due by 12:00 (noon)

Session II Classes meet June 2 through July 16

June 1	Last day to file Petition for in-state for Summer 2025
June 2	Session II classes begin; Drop/Add
June 3	Session II Drop/Add ends at 11:59 pm

June 4	Withdrawal "W" period begins for Session II (non-eCore) courses. Students who withdraw from a Session II (non-eCore) class between June 4th and June 23rd will receive a grade of W. Reminder: there is no refund associated with withdrawing from a course.
June 6-9	FACULTY ONLY: Roster Verification for Session II courses opens at noon.
June 19	Juneteenth Holiday (No Classes, Offices Closed)
June 23	Last day to withdraw with a grade of W from Session II (non eCore) courses. Students who withdraw from a Session I (non-eCore) class between June 3rd and June 23rd will receive a grade of W.
July 4	Independence Day Holiday (No Classes, Offices Closed)
July 16	Last day of Session II classes
July 17-18	Final Exams
July 28	Grades due by 12:00 (noon)

Session III Classes meet June 2 through June 25
