Tips for Self Care
This has, understandably, been a stressful semester for many students as we have responded to the challenges presented by COVID-19. The Counseling Center has compiled some Tips for Self-Care so that you will feel empowered to continue engaging in activities that benefit your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Welcome to the virtual home for the UWG Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management (SAEM). We support the academic mission of the University by providing the services, facilities, programs, and people to help students succeed from pre-enrollment through graduation and beyond! There are many resources on our SAEM websites for prospective and current students. However, if you are unable to find what you need, I invite you to visit any of our departments or contact the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management by emailing vpsaem@westga.edu, calling 678-839-6423, or visiting Suite 200 of the Campus Center.
