The Center for Integrative Wellness continues to provide a number of holistic health and wellness services for faculty, staff, students, and community members. One new and exciting service starting this semester is health and wellness coaching. Wellness coaches support individuals in increasing autonomous motivation and identifying resources on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. Coaches meet with participants weekly using a client-centered approach to discover strengths for sustainable behavior change. The Center for Integrative Wellness is providing an opportunity for UWG employees, students, alumni, retirees, and community members to work with a graduate student coach trainee as part of the Masters in Integrative Health and Wellness program during the spring 2024 semester. If you are interested in wellness coaching, please fill out this short form to be paired with a coach trainee. This service is free of charge for all participants.
