This program offers an interdisciplinary curriculum that integrates insights from Management, Sociology, and related fields, preparing students to tackle complex social issues within their communities.

Small Business Development Center
Our professional business consultants at the UGA SBDC at the University of West Georgia offer confidential, consulting services free of charge to companies seeking management, marketing, and financial advice. Some assistance is also provided to pre-venture businesses that have gathered the necessary information and are ready to move forward.

The Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Strategies will ensure that innovation and entrepreneurship opportunities are accessible to all students and faculty, using these opportunities to promote prosperity within the state and local communities. The unit aims to lead the strategic advancement of innovation and startup development, evaluate and address relevant policy issues, and spearhead impactful initiatives across the USG.
