    Bio

    Minna Rollins (D.Sc. in Econ & Bus.Adm.) is Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of West Georgia. Dr. Rollins’ research interests include Customer Relationship Management, Customer Information Management, Supply Chain Management, and International Marketing. She has published in a number of international conference proceedings, the Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, and International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management
