Spring 2026 Move In
We’re excited to welcome our Spring 2026 students to campus!
Move-In begins Friday, January 9, from 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Students should check in at the service desk in their assigned building. The same process and hours apply Saturday and Sunday.
If no staff member is immediately available at the desk, students should remain at the desk and call their RA on-call number:

Being from South Georgia, the University of West Georgia is very far from my hometown. I did not know anyone else that was coming to school here but through the housing portal, I was able to find my roommate. Me and my roommate are very like-minded which has helped my transition into college tremendously. Living in the Oaks is a very central location, I have loved being so close to all of my classes and being able to walk everywhere. Living on campus at UWG has allowed me to make numerous friends and I feel like I have been able to truly blossom here
Living in Arbor View is amazing! The living room is great for hosting movie nights and dinners with my friends. I love having a kitchen to bake and try new recipes. I'm also located right next to my biology classes.
I love that I don't have to drive an hour away for classes.
